No: Unless you happen to already have a diagnosis of high blood pressure and are taking medications, you do not need to monitor your blood pressure. If you do, you will end up checking all day long. The solution is to get treated by a psychologist who should be able to help you develop coping skills. Avoid alcohol, it makes it even worse. Anxiety is treatable.
