Check pregnancy test: if negative, this is likely a side effect of the Plan B hormone. The hormone of Plan B is the most likely reason for the 1st bleeding episode, the second was most likely your cycle. If positive for pregnancy, see your doctor.

"Plan B ?'s: Plan B is essentially a birth control pill which may prevent pregnancy by inhibiting implantation. Bleeding will start after the Plan B wears off in a few days, but since Plan B is not "100% preventive of pregnancy, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about possible pregnancy. If positive, see your gyn physician immediately.
