Relax: You and partner should get complete physicals to make sure you are healthy. You should start prenatal vitamins even before trying to get pregnant. If you are on birth control pills, then you should stop them when you start trying to get pregnant. It may take a few months for your body to "reset" after stopping the pill so don't worry if you don't get pregnant right away. Most important, relax!
