Post your question: If you did not ask for premium, paid services, then this HealthTap public forum is free. Post your question with good grammar and spelling, and one or more of the thousands of volunteer doctors may answer it. They might skip repetitive questions or ones that have too many abbreviations, or are otherwise hard to understand. (For a fee, HealthTap's premium services include private consultations.)

Relax: You and partner should get complete physicals to make sure you are healthy. You should start prenatal vitamins even before trying to get pregnant. If you are on birth control pills, then you should stop them when you start trying to get pregnant. It may take a few months for your body to "reset" after stopping the pill so don't worry if you don't get pregnant right away. Most important, relax!
