Late period: Would get a blood HCG level which is more accurate and consider an ultrasound to check for ectopic though at this early stage it is unlikely to cause symptoms, and for uterus/ovarian status. May be infection as well, such as UTI causing the cramping so would check for that as well or may be constipation. Follow up with urgent care or MD to be tested with blood HCG and for UTI.

Relays on test: It is important to give mor info like, When was your last sexual unprotected intercourse? and to know Which kind of test did you do? Because the urine test is not accurate during the first week, and is more reliable the blood pregnancy test to. Know for sure.
