Unfortunately...: Without details, a person with new changes in lower back muscle control or movement, or in his legs muscle control or movement, plus new decreased inability to poop or pee, is considered to have a spinal cord emergency and needs to be seen in the Emergency Room. Details matter, which means a person can call his primary care doctor if there is more to this story. Otherwise, it's ER time now.
