No worries: this alone is no reason to be worried. If your periods change in number of days, the amount of blood changes, or you have any physical symptoms where you do not feel like your normal self, you should have a checkup. You should be having a pap smear and female health exam every 3 years. Some women start having irregular periods in their 40's, some eventually go through early menopause.
