How would i know if i am experiencing ectopic pregnancy?

No period & pain: Symptoms of ectopic pregnancy include a missed period, abdominal or pelvic pain, and/or spotting & bleeding. Sometimes, the pregnancy test will still be negative or faintly positive the first 4 weeks.
