See Seasonal : Affective disorder listed as a condition. Is that a self diagnosis or a diagnosis from a formal psychiatric evaluation? Light therapy, psychotropic medications, cognitive behavioral therapy ; psychotherapy might be indicated. Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully.
