Common with new pill: Any change in contraceptives, due to the difference in hormone amounts, can cause changes in the body, & it is hard to know how long to wait before making another change. The changes you describe are consistent with a form of acne which is common with contraceptives I recommend waiting 1-2 more cycles to see if the skin changes persist & ask your provider to change if so. Acne washes can help
