Yes: Vaginal rash and tenderness warrant a call to your gynecologist for advice and/or,if possible, examination. I'm unsure that the facial rash is related, but it might be a cold sore(herpes simplex). Be sure to mention this to the gynecologist. A genital herpes infection is a possibility and treatment is available.
