RLQ pain: Any persistent pain in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen especially with associated tenderness, raises the suspicion of appendicitis and this must be ruled out. Other possibilities include pelvic inflammatory diseases or diverticulitis or inflammatory bowel disease involving the right colon. You'll get prompt evaluation and testing in the hospital emergency room at this time.
