Is it wrong when i massage my breast i sandwich it between my 2 palms and gently push up with one into my other palm? can this way also determine a lump? a bit sore after 2 min 'squishes, ' is that too much? is cupping them upwards + squeeze better?

Fingertips best: Recent evidence shows that self breast exams are not as helpful as once thought, but if you want to do them it is best to use your fingertips going in small circles up & down each breast in strips. If you do this monthly it does help you notice changes from one month to the next, & if you do more changes you can ask your Dr to examine the area
