Last dec. my inner right knee started hurting after working 12 hour shift.i dont remember injuring it at all. in dec i had pain when walking and difficulty bending for weeks. today, it still bothers me when i bend it wrong. no trauma. inside of knee?

Knee pain: You're too young for osteoarthritis of the knee. I suspect internal derangement of the knee such as cartilage damage. I recommend consulting an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation. Appropriate testing will be done which will most likely include an xray and/or MRI.
