Ive a lumpy part one side of my labia minora. its sore & difficult to pinpoint exactly where the pain mostly is. ive had similar before & it usually swells over couple of days before finally pops & pus is out & pain is gone completely. thoughts?

Small pustule: Sebaceous cysts, essentially small pimples, can occasionally get inflamed and infected and then swell and drain, or their are occasionally skin conditions that do the same thing. In either case warm soaks or sitz baths should help it come to a head and drain spontaneously as it seems to have done previously.
