COVID 19 lockdowns: Involve yourself in meaningful activities you can do at home. Stay in touch with other people - texts, phone calls, skype, etc. If you are in an area where you are allowed to go outside - get fresh air. Stay physically active. Consider on-line classes. Let your creativity flow. Do safet volunteer activities.
