3 conditions: The CDC has identified 3 conditions that need to be met before it is considered safe for someone to remove themselves from quarantine. First they must be fever free for 72 hours, second their symptoms (cough, shortness of breath etc) must be improving for 72 hours and third at least 10 days have passed since the symptoms first appeared. If all 3 of these are positive then the person can de-isolate
