Animal to human : Corona viruses started as germs that are carried by wild animals like bats or snakes etc; those animals could have transmitted them to other animals that people interact with and from there some of the viruses managed jump to those closely encountered humans..animal viruses typically don't make people sick unless their immune system or the body as whole is weak.
