That much wear and tear osteoarthritis would be unusual in your age group. A rheumatologist would be best to consult for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate testing will be done.

Arthralgias: This would be polyarhtralgia and is typically associated with a systemic problem. Rheumatoid or infection higher on list or possible drug reaction. You should be evaluated.
