Joint pains: I assume your symptoms aren't from overuse or sprains. If you have chronic discomfort involving multiple joints you may have an autoimmune disease like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. That much wear and tear osteoarthritis would be unusual in your age group. A rheumatologist would be best to consult for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate testing will be done.

Arthralgias: This would be polyarhtralgia and is typically associated with a systemic problem. Rheumatoid or infection higher on list or possible drug reaction. You should be evaluated.
