Many Brands: Melodene is a synthetic estrogen/progesterone combination oral contraceptive pill that has many similar products that go by different names. Essentially you need one with an estrogen component containing ethinylestradiol and a comparable progesterone analog to gestodene, of which there are several. You will likely need to see a physician and try one to determine your tolerance and effectiveness.
