My dr is 19 years old she developed a rash which a dr has assessed as chickenpox even though she had it as a child. it started 20 march and it seems to be getting worse and itch more each day, can this be chickenpox?

Yes: Varicella (chickenpox) can be diagnosed on exam by an experienced physician but it may have been mislabeled now or as a child. There are other blister producing illnesses that can mimic chickenpox, including hand foot mouth syndrome. True chickenpox will trigger lifelong immunity in those with an intact immune system.
