I have back and rib pain middle of back and bottom right and left of front ribs and it happens randomly sometimes doesnt happen for 3 months sometimes every day for a week its mostly pain that makes it so i cant move i am 25 male good shape?

Musculoskeletal: Sounds like muscle strains. Review proper left/carry techniques, begin to do daily exercises: knee to chest, spinal extension, planks, squats, sit ups, push ups. Do a set of 6, each 6 seconds, 6x daily to stretch/strengthen spinal stabilizers. Expand numbers as tolerated but remember to use proper mechanics. Good luck.
