Musculoskeletal: Sounds like muscle strains. Review proper left/carry techniques, begin to do daily exercises: knee to chest, spinal extension, planks, squats, sit ups, push ups. Do a set of 6, each 6 seconds, 6x daily to stretch/strengthen spinal stabilizers. Expand numbers as tolerated but remember to use proper mechanics. Good luck.
