Appear red itchy dots on my skin. most of these are on my legs but its throughout my body. i take a med cetirizin and the dots are faded after a few days but today morning appeared again and its more and more. thanks your answer.

Itchy rash: Patients who have red spots like that that disappear with antihistamines like Cetirizin usually have something called urticaria or hives. It is common for them to come back when the medication wears off. This is an allergic type symptom but it can also be caused by stress or anxiety. It is not an emergency and you can confirm this with your doctor in the future.
