Syphilis rash: Syphilis is called "the great imitator", with symptoms the same as for many medical conditions. That includes skin rash: it isn't possible or practical to list the many skin conditions that can mimic syphilis. Syphilis rash usually doesn't itch (but sometimes does); and it often involves the palms and soles, which most rashes do not. If you think you might have syphilis or exposed, get tested.

Many types: If you think that you were exposed to syphilis , would get the specific blood tests to document and then appropriate tx. There are a few types of rashes one can develop , depending the stage of the disease. Visit a dermatologist and get tested, evaluated , and txed if necessary.
