Not so much: No, you don't really need to be tested. Gastrointestinal viruses are far far more contagious than Corona and there is NO WAY someone with gastrointestinal infection should be anywhere near food! It isn't a strong association between GI symptoms and Corona.

Follow: Employer’ s and authorities local recommendations. At a minimum you should self quarantine for 2 weeks at least. Corona virus infection may associate gastrointestinal symptoms. By informing your physician testing may be ordered based on local availability and actual symptoms you have experienced.
