Sometimes the area around the bottoms left and right of nose feels wet/damp. no runny nose. it's the area where my nose joins my cheeks, just outside the nostrils. feels sweaty. what could it be and cause it?

Well...: It´s kinda hard to tell you without a photography, but probably it´s a fungus infection, specially if it´s wet for long periods, it cuold be only red skin for touching it too much, or just you have a skin with lots of sweat glands.
