Penis irritation: This symptom can be anything from a Sexually Transmitted Disease to simple urethritis (inflammation of the tube in the penis) from various causes. Passing "kidney stone sand" can also do this, especially if you have flank pain with it. You should see your doctor to get tested.

Penis irritation: The irritation could be from minor trauma, friction or from a yeast infection if your partner had a vaginal yeast infection. Examining you while the irritation is present would allow a diagnosis to be made.
