Hello. i am currently on ciclovent 160mcg for my asthma. i have still been feeling a tired and out of breath when i do physical activity. i having been taking my medication daily as recommended but i still feel out of breath. please help?

Go back to doc: You should have a detailed asthma daily treatment plan that bases current medication use on your pattern of symptoms and possibly a peal flow meter result. This might include inhaled steroids/bronchodilators at various dose levels. It might include when to alter the dose level or add an oral med. It should include a peak flow or other pattern that tells you when to go see the doc.

Adjust medications: Avoid triggers such as smoke, dust, mold, pollen and animal dander. Your medications may be adjusted to control symptoms by your physician. Follow your asthma action plan and take your Albuterol for quick relief of symptoms. Please see your physician.
