Twitching: Commonly associated with electrolyte problem. Often low magnesium would cause this and a trial of Magnesium Glycinate may help. Other causes of twitching can be thyroid problems or perhaps some type of primary neurological or muskuloskelatal problem.

Eye lid twitch: This is a condition called fasciculation.Usually associated with stress and usually benign.No treatment indicated. If persistent see a neuroophthalmologist.
