A member asked:

Help please. could fixing my vitamin d deficiency make my iris look brighter?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Vitamin d has no effect on iris color. Iris colors related to genetics, the transparency of the cornea and diseases that can affect the front of the eye. Some glaucoma medications can make the iris look darker.
