Can the novel coronavirus survive on someone's hair and then transfer it to you if their hair touches you?

Not likely: COVID 19 virus lives for short periods on porous surfaces. Surface contamination would require someone to touch the virus and then transfer it to their mouth, eyes or noses. So, this would be a very unlikely mode of transmission.
