Social distance. : You are certainly of high risk for COVID-19 infection. Stay home, practice social distance, wear masks as needed, wash your hand frequently during the day, keep good hydration, nutrition, avoid sick contact, ensure that diabetes is well controlled.

Avoid COVID 19: Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adequate amounts.
