Possibly: In a total pinch. On March 22 2020, the FDA said CPAP & biPAP machines could be modified to treat respiratory insufficiency. REF: https://www.thecpapshop.com/blog/can-cpap-machines-be-used-as-ventilators-to-treat-covid-19/. However if the virus is aerosolized it could increase it's spread.
