COVID 19: Many hospitals in the US and other countries have become overwhelmed with patients. In some cases, patients have been transfered from one hospital to another (such as in the state of New York) or patients have been medically evacuated from one country to another (northern Italy to Germany). Triage has been required. Providers have traveled long distances to help in hot spots.
