Done: Already, the lockdown has being going on for 2 months already and cleaning, including spraying have been enforced and done in most institutions. Random spraying is not likely to help but rather cause harm as people will inhale respective chemicals.

COVID 19: At this point, the majority of states in the US have had variable degrees of shut down. Regarding spraying down large areas- this virus is spread primary through droplets/ respiration. Surface contamination is a lesser form of transmission- so the risks versus the benefits of large-scale spraying of sanitizers needs to be weighed.
