Hard to speculate: The way you present the listed numbers gives no context as to why and what tests were done. All test interpretations are done within the context of why they were done. Statistically 1 in 20 test values are expected to be out of range by chance alone. Only a proper review of her history, exam and all test results would allow even a preliminary listing of possible causes.
