I have been in contact with someone that is still awaiting her results on the coronavirus. should i wait for her results before being tested? at this stage i have no symptoms as such.

Information: Having information places you in a better position than having to guess. Get tested.

Testing: In my opinion, you should isolate and wait and if you still haven't had any symptoms within 5 days there is a strong likelihood that you don't have Covid19. . If your friend's test comes back positive and you have no symptoms, isolating for a total of 10 days is a good policy. Remember that there is no treatment for Covid19. Notify your MD to see if he/she agrees with this plan.
