You could get tested for Covid -19. If you are not vaccinated against Covid, get vaccinated and take Flu vaccine as well. Wish you good health!

Stay well hydrated,rest, monitor temperature and breathing. Self isolate, testing indicated and watch for shortness of breath. Discuss COVID and Flu vaccine with your physician. Tamiflu more effective when started early.
