Not from here: This is the HT public site where volunteer docs answer health related questions. We do not offer prescriptions/notes or any other form of direct care. If you contacted a doc through an affiliated sister site like HT Prime or Concierge you must contact them directly for any such services. I doubt anyone would prescribe a controlled substance from any site.
