I have just returned to cape town after travelling extensively in germany, france, spain, mauritius and belgium in the last 2 weeks. i'm not feeling well. please can someone help test me.

"not feeling well" is too general to be helpful---describe your symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, coughing, abdominal pain and/or diarrhea, skin rash etc...if none of these, you maybe just not feeling well from a bit of jetlag. If you are concerned about COVID-19, local pharmacies, urgent care places may have testing available. There is also a home-test kit for covid now. Good luck
