I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and i am experiencing really bad numbness in my thighs, as for the legs and feet are normal with less or no swelling at all. is there any advice regarding this apart from exercise which i am currently doing.

Obstetrician: For the sake of your and your baby's health you should be under the care of a doctor, preferably an obstetrician. Your symptoms warrant a physical examination and may be tests to evaluate the issue. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!

Thigh: The thigh is supplied by the femoral nerve which comes from nerve roots L2 to L4. The nerve passes along back side of pelvis just lateral to sacrum. When the uterus enlarges this causes pressure on this nerve. Keep exercising.
