Can oral thrush get worse before better when you go on the candida diet?

See below: Thrush is treated with antifungal topical treatmenst such as nystatin(mycostatin) liquid suspension swish and swallow or Clotrimazole troches to dissolve in mouth. If this fails oral systemic treatment with fluconazole(diflucan) 100-200mg./day will usually be curative. Disease in aids patients can be more refractory. No diet will cure thrush.
