None so far: There are several medications undergoing clinical trials. One of them is called remdesivir which has shown some promise in a trial recently at reducing duration of symptoms. So far there is no cure for the novel coronavirus. Best thing to do is to prevent infections by staying inside, washing hands frequently and wearing a mask when outside

COVID 19: There are currently no identified treatments, medications or remedies that cure COVID -19. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or confusion. Clinical trials with Remdesivir is a broad-spectrum antiviral medication show some initial positive results.
