A member asked:

After someone dies from covid-19, are they still contagious?

Probably for a bit: COVID19 is transmitted through respiratory droplets & some bodily secretions so a deceased person who is touched & has those things in the skin could likely transmit the disease to the one who touches them for perhaps a period of hours after death, if the touching person does not have gloves/mask/eye protection in place

COVID: The dead person will no longer expel virus through droplets. However, the virus may remain alive on skin for some time.
