You could: However, most people (not all) can practice social distancing without going to extreme measures. Do you enjoy your cabin? Fresh air? Lots of space? Relaxing? Can you stay productive and engage in meaningful activity there? Can you still do your job? (if your are still employed). Answering these type of questions and weighing them out can help to answer this question. Stay well.

That depends: Will the place you normally live allow you to stay in place in a non-crowded environment (without having individuals leaving and entering)? If you feel comfortable in that secluded location and can bring or obtain the things you need to live off - why not.
