COVID 19: Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands are washed. Use face covering/mask in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others. Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adequate amounts. To decrease severity of infection - stop smoking.
