Prevention : Clean your hands often Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Wear a face mask , keep at least 6 feet from people

COVID 19: Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Consider smoking cessation.

Stay home as much as possible. Avoid sick people. Distance at least 6 feet from others. Clean/ disinfect frequently used surfaces. Consider smoking cessation.
