YES !: Without reviewing your history and a physical exam i cannot begin to diagnose what is going on ;but bleeding per rectum is never "normal". Please see your primary care physician to discuss your options asap.

If you mean bleachin: And not bleeding, doing so is unnecessary and can cause severe skin inflammation. Unless you are posing for bottom pictures, no need to bleach! not necessary and potentially can cause a problem.
