No: There are no known therapies to prevent infection other than avoiding exposure to the virus. Which means staying at home and avoiding public places.

Please repost: Please repost & clarify what you mean by “boosting,” & why you think your immune system needs it. Cellular or humoral immune system? If humoral, IgM, IgG, IgA or IgE antibodies? If cellular, granulocytes, lymphocytes, plasma cells, monocyte-macrophage system? B-lymphocytes or T-lymphocytes? Helper cells, suppressor cells, natural killer cells? — You see why the term “boosting” is meaningless?
