A member asked:

Could taking probiotics help protect me from contracting covid-19?

Not entirely: Though taking probiotics as recommended by a physician is a good way to boost your immune system, the risk of acquiring and developing COVID-19 is not decreased. Remember: Wash your hands often, avoid touching your face, disinfect frequently used items and surfaces and most important try to stay home.
