Barber Shop: Don't know if it would be any worse than going anywhere else. Razor blades are used once then discarded. Scissors and combs are almost always soaked in Barbicide (https://barbicide.com/). There are germs everywhere. Discuss with your barber, or avoid going until more is known about COVID-19 if you feel that strongly about it. You can't get infected through intact skin.

Not recommended: It isn't possible to cut someone's hair or to shave them while maintaining social distance. This would be a place where COVID 19 could be transmitted.
